It was a clean sweep for Jersey at this weekend's ABN AMRO Hockey Tournament.
Both the men's and women's teams came top in the competition, which saw 5 islands battle it out for the trophy.
Teams from Guernsey, the Isle of Man, Orkney and Bermuda came to Jersey for the tournament which happens once every 2 years.
Saturday's round robin at Claremont Fields and Les Quennevais whittled down the contest to decide who were in the finals on Sunday.
The men's final saw Jersey beat defending champions Isle of Man 3-0.
And the women's final was reminiscent of this year's inter-insular, as Jersey beat Guernsey 3-1.
The next ABN AMRO Islands Hockey Tournament will take place in Bermuda in 2011.
