One of Jersey's most popular cycle routes runs along the coast between St Aubin and St Helier.
But because the route travels through various areas - it falls under a number of jurisdictions - including public services, the Parish and Harbours.
One member of the St Helier Roads Committee says the Track is a mesh of confusion and bad organisation and is calling on TTS to sort it out.
