There's to be an independent review into the way
Jersey's Police Chief Graham Power was suspended.
Chief Minister Terry Le Sueur has decided to appoint an independent external expert to carry out the review with the subsequent report being made available to all States members.
Mr Power was suspended in November 2008. He's announced that he'll be retiring from the Force later this year.

Never mind the report being made available to all States members, what about releasing it to the public as well ? After all we're paying for it ( and the whole sorry saga ).
