The Jersey Eisteddfod's 101st Autumn Festival is already in full swing.

About 20% of the island's population gets involved as competitors or supporting parents, family and friends.

Its popularity grows year on year and has been ranked one of the top five Eisteddfods in the United Kingdom.

The event is categorised into music, English, speech and drama, modern languages, French and Jerrais.

For the next three weeks well be bringing you the highlights.

This week is Music week.
