Two men from Jersey are preparing for an exclusive gas balloon race in Switzerland later this year.
The Gordon Bennett Cup's been going for more than 100 years and has become known as the Grand Prix of the ballooning world.
It's the oldest gas balloon race in the world - and one of the most unpredictable because there's no set route.
This year the balloons will set off from Geneva and go wherever the wind takes them. The balloon which travels the furthest before running out of gas is the winner.
The race normally lasts 3 to 4 days and is an exclusive competition - with just 18 places.
Sten Adeler - a retired commercial pilot - and his Swiss-born friend Serge Cuhat have been flying balloons for 20 years. They made the cut as the third team for Britain, after the Lieutenant Governor recommended them.
