A Jersey fisherman's been in Court in the UK facing charges of illegally pair trawling off the south coast of England.
Michael Michiele and the skipper of an English boat were fined a total of 17 thousand pounds each for the offence.
It was the first time video evidence from a police helicopter surveillance has been used.
