It may not seem like Spring at the moment, but in Sark the wild flowers are in full bloom.
And they're attracting hordes of visitors.
Sark is just 1,000 acres of land, but is blessed with miles of coastal paths and headland areas which are a sanctuary for wildlife.
There are more than 600 species of wildflowers recorded in the island - thriving thanks to the moderate climate and lack of pollution.
And every Spring they sprout a muliti-coloured patina against Sark's lush foliage.
Wildflower Fortnight is in full swing and has seen a small army of botanical lovers make their way to the island for guided walks.
According to Sark Tourism, event patron, Professor David Bellamy, said recently it was 'like stepping back in time'.
