The Tremble Clefs will be making their public debut at the Eisteddfod.
A new act will be making their first public appearance at this year's Guernsey Eisteddfod.
The Tremble Clefs take their name from the fact all the members are either living with Parkinson's disease, or taking care of someone who does.
The project began as a six week pilot scheme - six months on they're still going strong. Aindre Reece-Sheerin leads the sessions and has been involved in the choir since it first started.
"I always talk about bringing out the diva," he said, "not the diva who trashes everybody, but the diva who performs, and that's what I try and get them to do - so it's about instilling self-confidence but always, always, always building on whatever they bring to the session every time."
The physical symptoms of Parkinsons disease range from the well known tremors to problems with speech and swallowing. But for many of the choir members the singing sessions have helped.
Parkinson's specialist nurse Debbie Robilliard said: "A lot of benefits, one from a general confidence point of view, people feel that they can talk better, sing even, and they've made friends, it's been a really social outing, and as a group they've really come together to show other people that life can carry on and even if you've got Parkinsons you can still get up and do challenging things and yeah, very proud of them."
