Plans to convert the old Randall's brewery in Guernsey into a new residential development have been handed in this week.
The site on St Julian's Avenue was used to produce ales and beers from the late 1800s, right through to 2008.
If the development is approved it will cost £10m and would see the building transformed into 37 residential units, with a gym and underground parking.
The development would be one of the largest private-sector housing schemes in Guernsey for many years.
