The People Meet - briefly!

That Alderney's Building & Development Control Committee is in the process of refining its policy document was the only discussion point of consequence at this evening's (Wednesday) People's Meeting.

The meeting was chaired by Liz Bennett; attended by 21 people (including 5 States Members and States President Sir Norman Browse) and lasted just 25 minutes.

This is very Important in all places and I hope to see the process made faster and also kept public. Also Alderney must not follow us in Guernsey as we have some new buildings that are far too out of control building is important but open land needs to be kept.
