It's the fifth year that the Tree of Joy has been lit as part of the Rotary Club's annual appeal to give Christmas presents to deserving children in the island.
Those wishing to give can get joy tags from local businesses, and give them, along with their gifts to Rotary by mid-December.

Could there not have been film of the whole tree rather than us just seeing a portion of it behind the interviewee. I despair at times at CTV's output & this is omission really adds to that despair. I watch BBC local news most days I am afraid.
