Friday 11th May at the Town Hall from 10.00 to 2 p.m
Stalls include, Jams and Preserves, Jersey Wonders, Homemade crafts and cards, Cakes, Plants and decorative pots, cot blankets and more.
Tea,coffee and cakes are available to purchase with all proceeds going to charity.
Music festival volunteers needed
Volunteers are needed to help run this year’s Liberation Music Festival. The charity organising the event from 9-13 May, are looking for people to fulfil a variety of roles including driving, hosting musicians, concert management, lifting and shifting equipment or acting as stewards at the many and varied events.
This year’s line-up of stars includes Guy Johnston, the BRIT award Artist of the Year, the multiple award winning clarinettist Michael Collins, the stunning viola player Philip Dukes and the renowned European Union Chamber Orchestra who have toured in over 78 countries.
Queen's Jubilee Concert and Liberation Day Celebration FESTIVA and GUESTS
Guernsey's major evening event from 7pm brings 100s of people to join with Roy and FESTIVA Chorus-- locals and visitors from Australia Europe and UK to an Island flavour of the Last Night of the Proms. Dozens of flags, bunting together with the whistles and klaxons of the occasion create a night for Praise and Proms songs old and new from Churches Festival Chorus.End 9.35pm.
