The axemen cometh

A panel of industry experts will help Jersey's States reach their budget cuts.

The reviews will take a forensic look at things like finances, overheads and management structures. It's part of a series of cuts designed to save the Island 50 million pounds.

Six million has already been set aside to fund redundancy plans which will be offered to all public sector workers next week.
